This weekend was filled to the brim with fun plans.
Started off friday with bunco night with my cy-fair girls, LOVE me some girl time with great food, games, and of course, the loudest girl laughter ever heard.What a perfect way to end the month of September.
Saturday, we made our way to Dewberry Farms in Brookshire. Fantastic place and fairly close to our house, can't complain about that! My sister and I have been wanting to check it out since we've moved back to H-tizzoown. I'm sure many of you saw the great deal on groupon a few weeks ago. Admission for two for only $12, and kids up to 2 are free. Umm... worth every penny! Thanks, groupon! You had to use the groupon during this weekend or the last weekend of September, so since such last minute plans to go, we went with our good friends who always go there. Anyways, if you're thinking of going, do it, soooo much to do for the fam and kiddo's. Here's just a few pics from our day...

Tonight was the annual Light the Night Walk at discovery green in support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Our friend lost his Uncle to cancer last may, so this year, we walked in Craig's memory. This year we got the extra bonus of walking the field of minute maid park-- very cool since the three of us had never done that!

We were thinking about going to Dewberry, woulda totally tagged along. Instead we went to a local one, also cool but not nearly as many "extras"!
